Babajobs is a leading platform offering Next-Billion offers salary indicators for jobs in Bengaluru and is expected to soon host data from other cities including Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai. The pilot project is mapping data across five job categories like drivers, delivery executives, BPO executives, maids and security personnel and can be accessed by individuals as well as SMEs to determine starting salary. The data is based on the average salaries derived from the history of job profile and salary on the Babajobs.

 

       Business Needs

Babajobs wanted to create multi-client recruitment portal engaging multiple cities of India to host on cloud. The main objective was to connect job seekers with employers showcasing the potential recruitment opportunities. The company was seeking a solution that can deliver and help scale the business and most importantly to provide best experience for the employers. Salesforce proposed a solution of “Service Cloud”; which happen to meet all the requirements to establish a seamless recruitment procedure for both employers and job seekers.
